Terms of Service
Welcome to SimpleJob. By creating an account or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country, and able to enter a binding agreement. You may use SimpleJob only where it is legal to do so.
2. Your account
- You may hold one account. Accounts shared between people, or several accounts used by the same person or household, may be closed.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done with your account.
- You must provide accurate information and keep your email address up to date.
3. Offers and points
- Offers are provided by third-party advertisers. A task is credited only after the advertiser confirms that it was completed correctly.
- Points are a reward measure within SimpleJob. They have no cash value until redeemed in accordance with these Terms and the Payments & Withdrawals policy.
- Offers, requirements and rewards can change or end at any time without notice. Availability depends on your country and device.
- If an advertiser later cancels or reverses a conversion (for example because of fraud, a refund or a cancelled subscription), we may remove the corresponding points from your balance.
4. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
- use a VPN, proxy, remote desktop or any technique that hides or falsifies your location, identity or device;
- use bots, scripts, emulators, automated tools or any method to complete offers or request points artificially;
- provide false, stolen or duplicated information to us or to advertisers;
- create multiple accounts, or exploit referral, welcome or promotional rewards;
- interfere with the website, attempt to access data that is not yours, or abuse our systems;
- use SimpleJob for any unlawful purpose.
5. Fraud and suspension
We may investigate suspicious activity. If we reasonably believe that these Terms were violated, we may withhold or cancel points and withdrawals, suspend or terminate your account, and where permitted by law report the activity to the relevant parties. In such cases points and pending rewards may be forfeited.
6. Withdrawals
Rewards are redeemed according to the Payments & Withdrawals policy, including minimum amounts, the value of points in your country and verification checks.
7. Third-party content
Offers link to websites and apps that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for their content, products or practices, and your dealings with them are your own responsibility.
8. Intellectual property
The SimpleJob name, logo, design and content belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or exploit them without our written permission. Other trademarks mentioned belong to their owners.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that any number of offers will be available, or that you will earn any particular amount. See also our Disclaimer.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SimpleJob and its owners are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or opportunities arising from the use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the points you hold in your account at the time of the claim.
11. Termination
You may stop using SimpleJob and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end the service, or your access, at any time, for example to protect the platform or to comply with the law.
12. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms. The date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the service after a change means that you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of SimpleJob, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence are not affected.
